Ola Ullsten
  Major Collaborator on Policy and Planning for Sustainable Development 

Ola Ullsten is a former Prime Minister of Sweden and has also been his country's Minister of Foreign affairs and Minister of Development Cooperation. Ullsten was a Member of the Swedish Parliament and has served as Sweden’s Ambassador to Canada and to Italy.  He  co-chaired the World Commission on Forests and Sustainable Development, and is co-author of their report: “Our Forests Our Future.”  Mr. Ullsten is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Woods Hole Research Center, Massachusetts, USA and a Senior Fellow at the Canadian International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). He has served as chairman of the Advisory Council to the Dean of the Ontario College of Agriculture at the University of Guelph, where he received an honorary doctorate.  Ullsten currently serves on numerous advisory committees to UN Agencies and to governments in the area of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.
